Hi. I'm a former corporate ladder climber who is now a Health Activist and Mom on a mission. I live in San Diego with my incredible husband Corey and our son Adler. (I hit the jackpot with these two.)
The past several years have been quite an amazing journey for me. My mission is to share what I've learned in hopes of inspiring you to make healthy choices, which can be anything from nutrition to safe personal care products, to environmentally conscious decisions, to a positive & grateful attitude. Every decision we make impacts our lives and those around us. There is no 'perfect', just progress. We do the best we can until we know better...then, we do better.
